Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age shown at sign-up (18 by default, higher where local law requires) and legally permitted to participate in real-money skill wagering where you reside. You confirm you are not accessing Summit from a prohibited jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the service
Summit is a peer-to-peer marketplace for skill-based match wagering on competitive video games you personally play. Outcomes are determined by player skill and verified game telemetry — not by chance. Summit escrows both stakes and pays the winner the pot less a stated house fee.
3. Credits
Credits are a virtual in-app unit used to place and settle wagers on Summit. Value moves in and out via supported on/off-ramps. Credits are not legal tender and confer no ownership, equity, or interest in Summit.
4. Prohibited jurisdictions & geoblocking
Summit is unavailable in jurisdictions where real-money wagering is restricted. We may block access by region and require identity or location verification. Circumventing these controls (VPN/proxy/false information) is a breach of these Terms.
5. Fair play & anti-cheat
Cheating, match-fixing, collusion, use of unauthorized software, or accounts under VAC/game bans are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of stakes and account termination.
6. Account & verification
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. We may request identity, age, or source-of-funds verification (KYC/AML) and may suspend activity pending verification.
7. Responsible wagering
Only wager what you can afford to lose. Tools and limits may be offered to help you manage participation. If wagering stops being fun, take a break.
8. Disputes & settlement
Match results are settled from authoritative game telemetry. Where a result cannot be determined, a wager may be voided and stakes returned. Settlement decisions made under these Terms are final.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
Summit is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party services (game platforms, networks, or token rails).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes increment the Terms version and require re-acceptance before you continue wagering.
